Song Long Restaurant

"Vietnamese Restaurant with some French influence"
Safe to bring your white friends smiley

Song Long Restaurant has been around forever. They are located at the end of a strip mall that is perpendicular to Bolsa which makes it hard to find. Luckily, they now put their name in big letters across the canopy in front. Still hard to find.

When you do find them, they have some pretty good traditional Vietnamese dishes like hu tieu. But they have a pretty decent filet mignon and other French-influenced dishes. Service is decent.

Cash only, punks.

Con me waitress ngu qua!

We asked for banh da and they brought us banh trang! Idiots! And then we asked for whole peanuts for our cha ca and they brought us the smashed up peanuts that's used for sauces! When we complained, the stupid waitress insisted that the only peanuts the restaurant served was this type. And we had just gone there last week when they got the order right! I'm never coming back again and suggesting everyone else to stay away, too!
