Uyen Thy Bistro is located right behind the 7-11 on Bolsa. You can't miss it. Every time we're turning left from Magnolia to Bolsa heading into Little Saigon we see it. It's kinda annoying. Kinda like that crying baby in church.

They like to boast the fact that the French came in and imposed their will upon our people and our cuisine. If we could sell-out, we would totally do the same.
