Mecca Cafe is hidden away in a little strip mall off of Edinger Avenue. You can get there through the strip mall but it is actually in the corner behind it so you can take the side streets and just park in front of it just on the other side of Edinger.
Nice place to chill. There's even a small LCD in the bathroom for you die-hard sports fan. Just make sure you're aiming in the right spot there, big guy.
These girls will do anything for a good tip. So bring your foodstamps.
Business Hours:
Sunday - Thursday 9AM - 11PM

The name Mecca may be gone but a cafe shop still exist and its name is Cafe Ti Ti. The shopis pretty much empty from morning until after lunch, with only one girl serving. Around 2 or 3pm the other girls come in but I don't know how lively it gets because I didn't hang around long enogh.
The shop is as clean as a cafe shop can get. The music is a mix of english and viet song. There is an outdoor sitting area. The girls are pretty friendly and speak both viet and english quite well. Also, the girls that came in later in the day are quite cute.
The overall feel is not gangsta. I wished I could have stayed longer to see if it gets as lively as Cafe Lu or Cafe Temptation.
If you happen to visit the cafe shop, make sure to visit Nha Hang $1.99 that is in the same plaza. The portion may be small but the fried chicken with rice is mighty tasty. Add the che 3 mau and the total is $5.40.
