Brodard Restaurant

"Good Vietnamese Food, typical terrible Vietnamese service, also called Nem Nuong, for some odd reason"
Safe to bring your white friends smiley

Vietnamese restaurant specializing in nem nuong (pork) and chao tom (shrimp) rolls. Comes with a killer sauce. Food is good, wait can be long when busy so Get it to-go. American-friendly. Inside the Mall of Fortune.

Looks like they have a new location near the corner of Trask and Magnolia. Friends of Easy Little Saigon have tried it out. They said it sucks more than before at the old location. Good luck.

I think there food is really good. They make really good fried noodles with beef or try the chicken lettace wraps. I eat there almost every other day, delicious food. I think you just need to know what to order.

My friends and I dined at Brodard Chateau today. The environment was relaxing and clean. We tried out their nem, it was good. I also tried out the nem in Sacramento, honesty, I like it better than here in Little Saigon. Although I'm a O.C. native.

The service was great and the food was quite tasty. Vietnamese food always taste better dining in verses to go. I'd like to return at dinner time to try their specialty martinis. yum.
