Ban Mai Restaurant is definitely the best canh bun restaurant in Little Saigon. It is located on the corner of Magnolia and Bolsa.

You can get canh bun with Dau Hu(ToFu), Cha Tom (Shrimp Cake), Huyet (Pork Blood), Oc (Periwinkles), Cha Ca (Fish Cakes), Rau Muong (On Choy) etc.

They also have great Bun Rieu, which is pretty much the same as Canh Bun but with smaller noodles.

And then they have bun, bun, and more bun. Bun Bo Hue, Bun Moc, Bun Oc, Bun Suong, Bun Thang, Bun Vit Sao Mang, Bun Thit Nuong, Bun Bo Nuong, Bun Bo Xao, Bun Cha Ha Noi, and on and on and on. Oh, and they have rice and other stuff we never see anybody ever order.
